The Puttur Monsoon Run Powered by BOBCARD

Get ready for the most anticipated sporting celebration in Puttur – Bale Balipuga, The Puttur Monsoon Run returning stronger than ever on 6th July 2025. What began in 2017 with the support of Karnataka’s then Sports Minister, Sri Abhay Chandra Jain, has evolved into a vibrant community event that unites runners, fitness enthusiasts, and families from across the region. After a pause due to the pandemic, Bale Balipuga is back with renewed energy, now elevated to a Half Marathon event under the Karnataka State Athletic Association guidelines. With over 2,000 participants expected, this is more than just a run – it’s a cultural experience featuring the authentic hospitality, flavours, and festive spirit of Puttur and the Tulunadu region.

Whether you’re a seasoned runner or joining for fun, choose your distance – Half Marathon (₹999), 10K (₹699), 5K (₹599) or 3K (₹299) – and receive a race kit, medal, and refreshments. Spots are limited, so secure your place by registering on or before 24th June 2025.

Race Participation Age Requirements

• 3K Run: Open to all ages
• 5K Run: Minimum 15 years (by 6th July 2025)
• 10K Run: Minimum 15 years (by 6th July 2025)
• 21K Run (Half Marathon): Minimum 18 years (by 6th July 2025)

• Aid Stations along the route
• Ample Parking Space near the Club
